Located in San Diego, this Medical Center project was initiated to facilitate a major expansion and structural retrofit. Phase one involved digitizing the existing above-ceiling MEP systems to accurately calculate their structural load. In phase two, we digitized the existing chiller room, delivering an LOD 300 model. Finally, we modeled the new addition at LOD 400, performing rigorous BIM coordination and clash detection to generate collision-free shop drawings for seamless on-site execution.
